Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals Program in Sydney

Beginners

Designed to accommodate those with little or no previous knowledge of jiu-jitsu, our beginners' curriculum focuses on the core techniques that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner should know, covering both self-defense and sport aspect of Jiu-Jitsu.

This program is great for ensuring that each new student gets a high-quality introduction to Jiu-Jitsu while allowing for more advanced students to perfect the basics. The goal of this program is to prepare the white belts to achieve their blue belt.

Advanced

Designed for students already familiar with the fundamentals, the Advanced Program takes jiu-jitsu to the next level by focusing on exploring Jiu Jitsu more in-depth and comprehensively.

The Advanced Program is perfect for any student that has reached the Blue Belt level and is determined on achieving the goal of the Black Belt.

SJJA Women Program introduces women to the great art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As a martial art designed to allow the weaker to defeat the stronger, BJJ is a perfect fit for women who are interested in learning how to protect themselves and improve their Jiu-jitsu knowledge with also a fitness component second to none.

Vinyasa Yoga

Start your day with movement, breath, and focus at our Vinyasa Yoga classes every Tuesday and Saturday at 6:00am.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath, creating a flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Each class is designed to help you improve mobility, release tension, and develop greater body awareness while cultivating a sense of calm and clarity for the day ahead.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes offer options to suit all levels. Vinyasa Yoga is also an excellent complement to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, helping practitioners improve flexibility, recovery, balance, and movement efficiency on the mats.
